Request help/flagging issue for transcription

I tried using both the M4A and MP4 versions, but neither file loads on the system. I would like to use these to test some files that we can integrate into our workflow.

Hi Marco Katigbak, thank you for your response. I did not receive any error message but I had encountered the same issue last Sep 19th, 2024. It took me 40 mins but there was still no progress.
